Healthy habits can make or break the way you feel. In this article we will look at some of the best ones. This comes from research that has spanned decades. First, walking is the best form of exercise. The human body was created to walk, and run occasionally. though running may seem to be the best way to exercise; it is not. is a part of our fight or flight response. Walking at least 2 miles a day will improve they way you feel, and stamina.

Processed Foods

Next, try not eating processed foods at least 3 days a week. This means that you only eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Don’t use dressing on your salads, and if you do, make it olive oil. Healthy Habits like this will improve your immune system and the way you feel.

Remember that your system is only able to process a small amount of food at a time. Today we are bombarded with the supersized idea! The idea that a meal is a giant burger, French fries, and a drink with desert. Reality is that our stomachs are not designed to process that much food at one time! Most meals can actually be divided into 2 meals! try doing that the next time you eat out. divide all the food in half. eat half then, and the other Half later.

Buffets are the best way to regulate your food intake, that is if the prices were lower. You could grab a little bit of this and that. the moment you feel full, stop eating. you wont have any guilt of the leftover food.

Put yourself on a strict schedule as to when you eat. Your stomach needs 4 hours to process the food. Make sure the last thing you eat is at least 4 hours before bed. And make sure the last thing you drink is a glass of water.
